mxClaim 3.0.1 update now available

mxClaim 3.0.1 is now available for download here

Note: This update can only be applied to mxClaim 3.0 installations. If you are using an older version of mxClaim you must upgrade to version 3.0 before installing this update.

Upgrading to mxClaim 3.0.1

To update to mxClaim 3.0.1 follow the steps below. Note that the upgrade will involve a short period of downtime for your mail server and may possibly require a reboot.

1. Log-on as Administrator on the server where mxClaim is installed
2. Download the mxClaim 3.0.1 update (mxClaimUpdate301.exe) setup program here
3. Stop the SMTP service (see [faq] How do I stop the SMTP service? for more information)
4. Ensure the mxClaim configuration tool is not running
5. Run the setup program downloaded in step 2 and follow the on-screen prompts
6. Allow the setup program to restart your server if necessary
7. Start the SMTP service (see [faq] How do I start the SMTP service? for more information)

mxClaim 3.0.1 should then be installed on your system. To verify, check the version number on the Information tab of the configuration tool.

What's New in mxClaim 3.0.1?

The following fix has been made for this release of mxClaim.

• Fixed licence error caused by some non-English versions of Windows
