[faq] Does mxClaim support RTF messages?

Due to the way in which mxClaim interacts with the IIS or Exchange SMTP services it does not support RTF (Rich Text Format) messages.

When a message containing an RTF body is sent mxClaim will simply ignore it and no disclaimer will be added. If the message also contains plain text or HTML alternative bodies then mxClaim will process them as normal adding disclaimers as appropriate.

We currently have no plans to add RTF support to mxClaim.
