[faq] Can mxClaim add disclaimers to internal mail?

mxClaim cannot add disclaimers to internal mail sent via an Exchange server.

Internal mail is not sent via SMTP which means that mxClaim never gets a chance to process the message.

If you need internal disclaimer functionality you will need to find a product that operates directly on the Exchange message store.
